About this wine
Cazcabel is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico — the region widely regarded as producing tequila's finest agave thanks to the area's rich red volcanic soils and high altitude. As a Blanco, the spirit is bottled without ageing, preserving the pure, vivid character of the raw agave at its most expressive.
Crystal clear with a fresh, vibrant aroma of raw agave, citrus zest, white pepper and a grassy herbaceous lift characteristic of highland tequila. The palate is clean and precise — agave-forward with a lively, dry peppery finish. Exceptional in Margaritas and cocktails, and increasingly popular served neat or over ice by those who want to experience unaged tequila at its best.
