Why we chose it

“H. Blin Rosé de Saignée — a deeply coloured rosé Champagne made by bleeding Pinot Noir juice. More structured and vinous than a typical rosé Champagne.”

About this wine

A Bold and Beautiful Rosé from the Marne Valley

Champagne H. Blin Rosé de Saignée is a striking expression of Pinot Meunier crafted using the traditional maceration method. This technique imparts a deep pink hue and generous aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry, balanced by a lively freshness and fine, persistent mousse. The palate is rich yet refined, with delicate hints of spice and a clean, dry finish that lingers beautifully.

Produced by H. Blin, a respected growers' cooperative in Vincelles dedicated to sustainability and the preservation of Champagne's characterful varietals, this rosé showcases both craftsmanship and individuality — an irresistible choice for celebrations and fine dining alike.

About the producer

Champagne H. Blin is a grower cooperative founded in 1947 by Henri Blin alongside 28 fellow winegrowers in Vincelles, deep in the Vallée de la Marne. Today 120 growers tend 110 hectares of vines predominantly planted to Pinot Meunier, the variety that defines the Marne Valley's distinctive character. With 80% of plots certified sustainable or HVE and 10 hectares under organic farming, H. Blin is a model of responsible Champagne production, exporting half its 500,000 annual bottles worldwide.
