Best served chilled at 8–10°C, Coto Mayor Rioja Blanco pairs wonderfully with seafood, such as grilled prawns or a fresh seafood salad. It also complements light appetizers like goat cheese and Mediterranean vegetables.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Produced from the finest grapes grown in the renowned Rioja region, Coto Mayor Rioja Blanco is a true expression of the area’s climate and terroir. The vineyards are planted on calcareous clay soils, where the grapes benefit from the region’s long, sunny days and cooler nights, helping to preserve acidity and freshness in the wine.

The grapes undergo a careful fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to retain the fresh, fruity aromas. The wine is then aged for several months on its lees, adding depth and complexity without compromising its bright, crisp character.
