Founded in Dijon in 1909, Gabriel Boudier is one of France's most celebrated liqueur houses, famous for using whole, freshly macerated fruit to achieve genuine depth of flavour. Their Cherry Brandy Liqueur draws on this long tradition of artisan craftsmanship, using ripe Morello cherries macerated in brandy to create a liqueur of real character and complexity.

Rich, fruity and beautifully balanced, it delivers intense morello cherry, a hint of almond from the stones, and warm brandy depth that lingers through the finish. Wonderful served over ice, stirred into cocktails such as a Singapore Sling or Blood and Sand, or drizzled over vanilla ice cream for a simple indulgence.
