About this wine

Premium Vintage Sparkling Wine from Italy

La Fornarina Prosecco DOC Millesimato is a vintage sparkling wine that showcases the finest qualities of the Prosecco region. Crafted from hand-selected Glera grapes, it offers fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of green apple, pear and delicate citrus, complemented by a subtle floral lift. The palate is fresh and lively, with flavours of juicy apple and lemon zest, balancing crisp acidity with a smooth, elegant finish.

The single-vintage nature of this Millesimato sets it apart from standard Prosecco, capturing the character of the year in every sip. Ideal for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, light antipasti, risotto and soft creamy cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as a sophisticated aperitif.

About the producer

Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 when Carlo Botter and his wife Maria began selling wine in the village of Fossalta di Piave, near Venice. Now in its third generation under Luca, Annalisa, and Alessandro Botter, the family company has grown into one of Italy's largest wine exporters, with a capacity of 23.5 million litres and a range spanning every major Italian appellation. Their own labels — including Cortestrada — capture each region's character with reliability and craft.
