Malvasia is one of Italy's most ancient and characterful white grape varieties, found across the country but reaching a particularly aromatic and expressive form in the sun-drenched heel of Puglia. This 2024 vintage from Famiglia Pasqua's Colori d'Italia range showcases Malvasia's natural gifts — gentle freshness, floral aromatics and a naturally low alcohol that makes it remarkably easy to enjoy.
Bone dry and bright on the palate with a generous nose of honeyed apricot, orange peel and gentle spice. The texture is soft and smooth, carrying the floral and fruit character to a clean, lingering finish. Serve well chilled as an aperitivo or alongside light seafood, salads and delicate pasta dishes.
