Rock Angel Rosé from Château d'Esclans steps beyond the ordinary, a more complex and structured sibling to Whispering Angel, with partial oak ageing adding creamy texture and depth. Made from Grenache and Rolle from carefully selected Côtes de Provence vineyards, it offers delicate red berry aromas, mineral notes and floral hints on the nose.
On the palate, it is rich and textured, with flinty minerality, firm acidity and a long, silky finish. A stunning match for seafood, grilled chicken or fresh salads, and a wine that demands to be savoured slowly.
