Two Rivers Phoenix Pinot Gris is a beautifully layered white from Marlborough, awakening the senses with fresh aromas of pear, toasted pine nuts and lifted Turkish delight. Textured, opulent yet clean, the palate reveals stone fruit, roasted almonds and hints of fresh thyme, with a poised, persistent finish that reflects the region's diverse soils and cool climate.

Incredibly versatile at the table, it is an excellent companion for seafood, spicy Asian dishes, fresh salads, goat's cheese or light pasta. A refined expression of Pinot Gris that suits aperitif hour equally well.

About the producer

Two Rivers Wines is a Marlborough-based winery founded by husband and wife team Daniel and Heather Le Brun, named after the Wairau and Awatere Rivers that define the region. The estate produces a range of single-vineyard and blended wines under both the Two Rivers and Ward Valley labels, showcasing the diverse soils and microclimates of Marlborough with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Riesling.
