About this wine

Y by 11 Minutes Rosé is a distinctive wine crafted from an elegant blend of two indigenous Italian varieties, Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana, alongside Carmenère. Vinified after very gentle pressing, a portion is aged in new French oak tonneaux while the remainder matures in second-use barrique, resulting in a rosé that masterfully balances freshness with complexity.

Expect fresh aromas of wild strawberries, white peach and rose petals, giving way to vibrant red berry flavours with citrus zest and a touch of minerality. Crisp and refreshing, it pairs wonderfully with seafood, light pasta or soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8 to 10°C.

Four generations of the Pasqua family have shaped a distinctive Veneto style — expressive, fruit-forward wines rooted in the region’s great appellations: Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave.
