Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé is a stunning interpretation of rosé by Famiglia Pasqua, showcasing a fine blend of the Veneto’s most noble native varietals — Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana — alongside Syrah and Carmènere. Named for the precise 11 minutes of skin contact during pressing, this wine is a masterclass in delicate craftsmanship.
An enchanting bouquet of floral aromas, ripe red berries, and subtle spice fills the glass. The refreshing acidity from Corvina combines beautifully with the elegance and long finish provided by Trebbiano. Syrah adds fine fruit and spice, while Carmènere contributes structure, ensuring balance over time. Fresh and enveloping, with a complex yet harmonious profile.
Made from hand-harvested grapes pressed with just 11 minutes of skin contact, the must is cooled and decanted for 11 hours before fermentation at a controlled 13–16°C. The wine spends 3–4 months on the lees to develop complexity and depth. Best served chilled at 8–10°C with seafood, grilled vegetables, or fresh salads.
