Named for the precise 11 minutes of skin contact during pressing, this wine is a masterclass in delicate craftsmanship.

The refreshing acidity from Corvina combines beautifully with the elegance and long finish provided by Trebbiano. Syrah adds a touch of fine fruit and spice, while Carmenère contributes structure, ensuring the wine’s balance and stability over time. Artisan Craftsmanship

This exquisite rosé begins with the gentle pressing of hand-harvested grapes, with a skin contact time of just 11 minutes to extract the wine’s signature pale pink hue. After pressing, the must is cooled and transferred to a steel tank for decanting, where it remains for 11 hours. Following fermentation at a controlled temperature between 13°–16°C, the wine spends 3-4 months on the lees to develop complexity and depth before being filtered and bottled.
