Aldwick Estate Jubilate Brut Rosé is a traditional method English sparkling rosé crafted at Aldwick Estate in Somerset from 100% Pinot Noir. Bursting with fresh summer berries and delicate floral notes, it delivers vibrant flavours of ripe strawberries and raspberries, balanced by a crisp citrus lift and a gentle biscuity undertone from extended lees ageing.

Best enjoyed well-chilled in a flute or tulip glass to preserve its lively bubbles. A perfect choice for celebrations, pairing beautifully with smoked salmon, soft cheeses or fresh berries.

Aldwick Estate is a family-run English vineyard nestled in the gentle hills of Somerset, on the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills. Established in 2004, the estate produces award-winning sparkling and still wines from carefully chosen varieties including Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier — crafted using traditional methods to achieve wines of genuine precision and character.
