About this wine

A Somerset Sparkling of Real Distinction

Aldwick Estate Seyval Jubilaté is an award-winning sparkling wine from the Aldwick Estate in Somerset, crafted from 100% estate-grown Seyval Blanc by winemaker Steve Brooksbank. Hand-harvested in October 2020 and produced using the traditional method — disgorged in December 2023 — this brut sparkler dazzles with herbaceous and citrus aromas, a crisp palate brimming with grapefruit zest, and a lively, characterful finish. Gold Medal winner at the Independent English Wine Awards 2024.

Serve chilled in a sparkling wine flute to enhance its fine mousse. A perfect match for smoked salmon, tempura prawns, or light vegetarian appetisers — and equally wonderful for toasting life's special moments.

About the producer

Aldwick Estate is a family-run English vineyard nestled in the gentle hills of Somerset, on the southern slopes of the Mendip Hills. Established in 2004, the estate produces award-winning sparkling and still wines from carefully chosen varieties including Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier — crafted using traditional methods to achieve wines of genuine precision and character.
