This exceptional Chenin Blanc is crafted exclusively from the free-run juice of selected grapes, fermented using wild yeasts to capture the essence of its Breede River Valley terroir. A portion (25%) is aged in French oak and acacia barrels for added depth and texture, while the remainder rests in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit and freshness.
The result is a beautifully balanced wine brimming with notes of pear, quince, and white peach — elegant yet expressive, and a true reflection of the Alvi family's dedication to quality and sustainability.
