Bulgaria has a winemaking tradition stretching back over 3,000 years, and the country's industry has undergone a remarkable quality revolution in recent decades, with producers like Bratanov crafting wines that balance international approachability with genuine regional character.
This white blend is bone dry and freshly aromatic, with citrus blossom, ripe stone fruit and a clean, mineral finish that speaks of the Thracian Valley's warm Mediterranean-influenced days and cool upland nights. Excellent value and versatile at the table, it pairs naturally with white fish, grilled chicken, light salads, seafood pasta and fresh soft cheeses.
