Easy Pink, No Fuss
Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah is the classic southern French recipe for rosé, and Brise Marine keeps it deliberately simple. The wine is fruity and light, fresh through the middle, and the mouthfeel is the thing that stands out: soft, easy and made for drinking rather than analysing. There is no oak, no weight and no pretence, which is exactly what a house rosé should offer.
Chill it thoroughly and pour it with anything that belongs outdoors. It is happy with a bowl of olives, a plate of grilled vegetables, or nothing at all on a warm afternoon. Sealed under screwcap, so an opened bottle keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days if the sun goes in.
