Bruno Sorg is a respected Alsatian domaine with estate vineyards in the heart of the Alsace Route des Vins. Alsace Pinot Noir, the region's only red variety, produces a lighter, more perfumed style than its Burgundy counterpart, shaped by Alsace's dry continental climate and granite soils. This bottling shows the grape's elegant side: red cherry, woodland berry and a silky, gentle texture on the palate, with a delicate depth and subtle earthy character on the finish.
Serve it slightly chilled alongside salmon, duck, charcuterie or grilled tuna. A refined and versatile red from one of France's most distinctive wine regions.
