Twelve chocolates given over entirely to caramel, presented in a gold box tied with a burgundy ribbon and a winter sprig of berries and pine cone. Each one is hand decorated and marbled in reds, golds and deep browns, so the box looks as good open as it does wrapped. Soft caramel sits beneath the shells, rich without ever becoming cloying, and the collection weighs 120g. Elegant enough to hand over exactly as it comes.
