Cantine Volpi's Gavi is a classic expression of Italy's much-loved Cortese grape. Pale straw yellow with delicate green hues, it opens with fresh aromas of citrus, pear and white flowers. The palate is crisp and mineral-driven, offering lively lemon and green apple notes balanced by a subtle almond finish.

About the producer

Cantine Volpi is a family-owned Italian winery whose ERA Organic label pioneered certified organic winemaking in Italy on a commercial scale, launching its first organic range in 2001. Based in the Veneto, the winery sources organically grown grapes from across Italy — including Pinot Grigio from the north and Primitivo from Puglia — applying meticulous farming free from synthetic pesticides and chemicals. Today ERA Organic accounts for 70% of Cantine Volpi's total production.
