Chairman’s Reserve Forgotten Casks is a remarkable Caribbean rum born from an unexpected twist of history. In 2007, after a fire damaged part of the distillery, some barrels were moved to safe storage and inadvertently forgotten. Years later, when rediscovered, the extra ageing had created a rum of exceptional depth and complexity – and so, Forgotten Casks was born.

Aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels, it reveals enticing aromas of honeyed raisins, nutmeg, and toasted oak. The palate is rich and smooth, with flavours of dried fruits, caramel, warm spice, and hints of vanilla. The finish is long and satisfying, with a delicate balance of sweetness and oak character. This is a sipping rum of true elegance, equally enjoyable neat or as the base of a refined rum cocktail.
