Golden Sweetness from Southwest France
Château Ramon Monbazillac is a richly textured dessert wine made from late-harvest grapes touched by noble rot. It opens with vibrant aromas of apricot, orange zest and acacia honey, followed by layers of baked apple, sweet spice and a refreshing citrus finish. Elegant and indulgent, it’s ideal with pâté, blue cheese, or fruit-based desserts.
Produced in the Monbazillac appellation just south of Bergerac, this wine uses Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes, traditionally hand-harvested in successive passes. The result is a beautifully balanced vin liquoreux with both opulence and freshness.
