About this wine

Cortestrada Catarrato & Pinot Grigio is a bright, crisp white wine that showcases the best of Sicily's sun-kissed vineyards. The wine opens with aromas of fresh green apple, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it's light and refreshing, with vibrant flavours of lemon, melon, and a hint of almond. The finish is clean, with zesty acidity that leaves a refreshing, mouth-watering impression.

This blend perfectly balances the floral, citrusy character of the native Catarrato grape with the crisp freshness of Pinot Grigio, creating a delightful white that shines alongside seafood, fresh salads, antipasti, or pasta with light cream sauces. Best served well chilled.

About the producer

Casa Vinicola Botter was founded in 1928 when Carlo Botter and his wife Maria began selling wine in the village of Fossalta di Piave, near Venice. Now in its third generation under Luca, Annalisa, and Alessandro Botter, the family company has grown into one of Italy's largest wine exporters, with a capacity of 23.5 million litres and a range spanning every major Italian appellation. Their own labels — including Cortestrada — capture each region's character with reliability and craft.
