Cuvée Silex Vouvray is a refined Chenin Blanc showcasing the Vouvray region's unique character. The fresh nose presents citrus notes of lemon and lime, with hints of peach and florals. Crisp and balanced on the palate, the wine blends fruitiness with minerality, finishing with a flinty, clean profile and a refreshing finish. Its acidity and light residual sugar offer a naturally fresh and elegant flavour.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Hand-harvested Chenin Blanc from biodynamically farmed vineyards on Vouvray’s flinty soils. Fermented in stainless steel, aged for two months in barrels, and matured on fine lees, developing complexity and depth.
