The nose is bright and inviting, with fresh citrus, grapefruit and a hint of pastry, while the palate is soft and silky with a lively freshness — rounded and generous with a long finish marked by subtle yeasty, creamy nuances.

Cava is Spain's answer to Champagne, made by the traditional method in the Penedès region of Catalonia, and Diorama delivers all that quality at an everyday price.
