From the pioneering Odessos Urban Winery on Bulgaria's stunning Black Sea Coast comes a naturally sparkling Riesling that captures both precision and personality in equal measure. Crafted from hand-picked fruit grown in a single vineyard near Venchan, this limited-production pét-nat is made using 100% wild fermentation before being bottled prior to the end of fermentation, creating beautifully fine, persistent bubbles and remarkable freshness. Disgorged for clarity and made with no added sulphites, this is natural winemaking with polish, purity and purpose.
Bright yellow with green hues in the glass, Divine Pét-Nat Riesling 2025 opens with vibrant aromas of fresh lemon, crisp apple and ripe stone fruits. The palate is dry, energetic and beautifully balanced, with citrus-driven acidity, delicate mousse and a long, refreshing finish.
