About this wine
Domaine Jean Collet & Fils Chablis Grand Cru 2022 is crafted by a family estate dedicated to sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar. Sourced from Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in fossilised marine life, it offers a vibrant nose of citrus fruits, green apple and white flowers with delicate notes of flint and wet stone. On the palate, precise and well-balanced, with bright acidity, a rich textured mouthfeel and the signature minerality of Chablis, leading to a long, elegant finish.
Serve at 10 to 12°C alongside oysters, grilled lobster or creamy goat's cheese, or cellar for a few years to let its character evolve further.
