Set against the dramatic limestone slopes of the Alpilles, this expressive Provençal wine from Domaine Oddo captures the warmth and wild character of southern France. Vallon des Glauges offers a beautifully poised style, balancing ripe fruit with a refined freshness that reflects both altitude and Mediterranean influence. Estate grown grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed, then aged for six months in stainless steel to retain the freshness and aromatics.
In the glass, it delivers layers of sun-ripened flavours with subtle herbal notes and a gentle savoury edge. There is an effortless elegance here, making it equally suited to relaxed drinking or pairing with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes, and summer dining.
