About this wine
The Valpolicella That Doesn't Take Itself Seriously
Call Me Valpo is a pale ruby red with bright highlights, made from Corvina and Rondinella in the Classica zone of Valpolicella. The nose is lively and fruity, with cherry, raspberry, a floral lift and a twist of black pepper. The palate is dry and medium bodied with a pleasing savoury edge. It finishes fresh and persistent.
Sealed under screwcap and built for drinking young, this is Valpolicella at its most approachable. It takes a light chill beautifully, which makes it a fine red for warmer months. Pour it with pizza, a tomato pasta, roast chicken, or a plate of cured meats.

Where This Wine Comes From
Valpolicella Classica is the original heart of the appellation, in the hills north of Verona. This is Valpolicella in its freshest form, made to drink young rather than to age.
Corvina and Rondinella
The classic Valpolicella pair. Corvina brings sour cherry and lift, Rondinella colour and gentle spice.
Domini Veneti
The estate arm of a growers' cooperative farming some of the best sited vineyards in Valpolicella and Soave.
