The Drinks Kitchen Curiosity Collection brings together all four of the brand's award-winning non-alcoholic aperitifs in one beautifully presented gift box, each in a 225ml apothecary-style bottle. Crafted in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, from distillations, extracts and tinctures of real botanicals, the set includes fruity Spiced Rhubarb with juniper, ginger and chilli; bitter Orange Cinchona with cinchona bark and herbs; zingy Grapefruit Piquante with rosemary, mint and a gentle chilli kick; and fresh Herb Verde with mint, rosemary, gentian and thyme. The range has been recognised by the IWSC, Great Taste and Taste of the West, and every bottle is vegan and gluten free.
Each aperitif is concentrated, so a 25ml measure topped with sparkling water, tonic or ginger ale makes a complex, grown-up spritz, with nine serves per bottle and 36 in the box. Try Orange Cinchona with clementine tonic, Herb Verde with elderflower tonic or Grapefruit Piquante with ginger ale, finished with a sprig of rosemary, thyme or mint, or a slice of lime.
