Fumu Rosso Terre Siciliane IGT is a well-balanced, full-bodied blend of Merlot, Shiraz, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Sicily's sun-drenched vineyards. This expressive wine captivates with flavours of ripe cherries, plum, and dark fruits, enhanced by smoky notes that add a delightful complexity. Velvety tannins and vibrant acidity lead to a long, satisfying finish, showcasing the essence of Sicily in every sip.
The volcanic soils and Mediterranean climate lend an intensity and depth to every bottle. Serve at 16–18°C alongside hearty Italian dishes like aubergine parmigiana, rich ragù pasta, or grilled lamb.

Nero d'Avola, Etna Rosso and Bianco from volcanic soils. Botter makes this red from a blend of 3 varieties led by Merlot. Bottled at the heart of Sicily.

Plush, plummy, softer tannins than Cabernet. Great on its own or in blends.

Spicy, peppery Rhône red with dark fruit and black pepper.
