About this wine
A Grower's Legacy in Every Glass
Growers Touch Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Dino Salvestrin's elevated vineyard in the Riverina appellation of New South Wales, where sandy loam soils help produce fruit of exceptional quality. Dark and deep in colour, it delivers lush aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, layered with hints of clove and vanilla. The palate is rich and satisfying, with bold dark berry fruit, smooth French oak, supple tannins, and a long finish.
Allow the wine to breathe for 20 minutes before pouring. Best served at 16–18°C alongside braised beef, garlic chicken, hearty risotto, or blue cheese.
