Named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky embodies the artistry and meticulousness that defines Japanese whisky-making. A harmonious blend of fine malt and grain whiskies aged in a selection of casks from bourbon to sherry, it delivers a delicate nose of light honey, dried fruit, and floral sweetness. About the producer

Located in the port city of Akashi in Hyogo Prefecture, Kaikyo Distillery is the home of Hatozaki whisky. Under master distiller Kimio Yonezawa, the distillery ages its malt whiskies in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and rare Mizunara oak casks, drawing on both Japanese craftsmanship and the briny coastal air of the Akashi Strait.
