Why we chose it

“The name is a provocation and the wine is a statement — Italian Chardonnay that wants to be taken seriously. Rich, textured, mineral. Pasqua know what they’re doing.”

About this wine

Pasqua's 'Hey French – You Could Have Made This But You Didn't' is as striking as its label suggests. This multi-vintage white from Veneto is a masterful blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc, offering layers of citrus, stone fruit, minerality and spice with elegant texture and length.

A wine for the curious and the confident, it's built to impress — perfect for fine dining, gifting, or raising eyebrows (and glasses) at the table.

About the producer

Founded in Verona in 1925, Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine is one of Italy’s most celebrated family-owned wineries. Four generations of the Pasqua family have shaped a distinctive Veneto style — expressive, fruit-forward wines rooted in the region’s great appellations: Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave. Today the estate spans 250 hectares and exports to over 60 countries, with a growing reputation for innovative rosé and natural wine projects.
