About this wine
Message in a Bottle comes from Il Palagio, the prestigious Tuscan estate of musician Sting, crafted from hand-harvested Sangiovese and other Tuscan varietals grown in the Chianti Classico region. Produced with sustainable farming practices and meticulous winemaking, the grapes are aged in oak to impart structure and finesse. Rich and complex dark fruit aromas of blackberry, plum and cherry are layered with hints of spice, herbs and a delicate touch of oak, while smooth tannins and well-balanced acidity lead to a long, velvety finish.
Pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, pasta with rich sauces or roasted vegetables. Serve at 16 to 18°C to bring out its full spectrum of flavours.
