Viticulture

Crafted using the traditional Méthode Cap Classique, this rosé is a blend of handpicked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards in South Africa’s Western Cape. The secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees ageing impart a refined complexity and fine texture to the wine.
