From the elevated vineyards of the Famatina Valley in Argentina, La Pausa Organic Fairtrade Malbec reflects a thoughtful approach to both winemaking and sustainability. Grown at altitudes of 900–1,400 metres above sea level, it develops vibrant aromatics of violet alongside ripe plum and blackberry, creating a fresh yet generously fruit-driven profile.
Smooth, full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate, with rich dark fruit complemented by a gentle touch of spice. Partial ageing in oak adds subtle complexity and structure, leading to a long, velvety finish. Crafted with care for both environment and community, it delivers classic Malbec character with a modern, responsible edge.
