About this wine

Le Merle Blanc de Château Clarke 2024 is a distinguished white Bordeaux from the Rothschild family's Listrac estate. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, it reveals bright citrus, white peach and floral notes, underpinned by gentle oak and a creamy, elegant finish.

With its finesse and ageing potential, this wine is ideal for seafood, creamy poultry dishes or fine occasions. A beautiful expression of Bordeaux's lesser-known white side.

About the producer

Chateau Clarke is a Listrac-Medoc estate in the Haut-Medoc purchased in 1973 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild and completely replanted and restored over the following years. The chateau produces a structured Listrac-Medoc red blend and Le Merle Blanc, one of the appellation's rare dry whites. It stands as one of the most important estates in this compelling but underrated Medoc appellation.
