About this wine

L'Évidence is a pure Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Legras & Haas, made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Chouilly on the chalk of the Côte des Blancs. With a very low Extra Brut dosage, it is crisp, precise and wonderfully pure, opening with citrus peel, white flowers and subtle herbal notes. The palate is fresh and saline with fine bubbles and a long, chalky finish, a Champagne for those who love it dry and elegant.

Legras & Haas is a family house founded in Chouilly in 1991 and now run by three brothers, who farm some of the finest Chardonnay sites in the village. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or pour alongside oysters, scallops, sushi or a simple plate of smoked salmon.
