L'Évidence from Legras & Haas in magnum, a pure Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Chouilly on the chalk of the Côte des Blancs. The larger bottle ages the wine more slowly and gracefully, keeping it fresh, precise and finely textured. Expect citrus peel, white flowers and gentle herbal notes, then a crisp, saline palate with a long, chalky finish.
