About this wine
Maple Falls Mulled Wine is a ready-made winter warmer, aromatic, fruity and gently spiced. Warm it through and it opens with orange, lemon and hints of red berry fruit, wrapped in the traditional festive spices of nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. At a light 5% it is easy to enjoy over a long evening, and it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians too.
Made at Broadland Drinks' winery in Norfolk, it takes all the fuss out of making mulled wine at home, with no spices to measure and nothing to strain. Pour it into a pan and heat it gently without letting it boil, add a slice of orange or a cinnamon stick if you like, and serve it in heatproof glasses. It is perfect for bonfire nights, carol singing, Christmas parties and festive gatherings, and lovely alongside mince pies, gingerbread and Christmas cake.
