Mayfield Distillery is based in the village of Mayfield, East Sussex, crafting spirits in a copper pot still that keeps its botanicals exceptionally clean and precise. This Rhubarb & Ginger gin liqueur is made at 20% ABV — lower than a traditional gin, with a touch of natural sweetness that lets the fruit and spice speak clearly. The nose is vivid with tart rhubarb and warming root ginger, backed by soft floral botanicals; the palate is luscious and balanced, with the ginger adding a satisfying warmth on the finish.
Serve well chilled over ice with a quality tonic for a vibrant long drink, or use it as the base of a fruity summer cocktail. A generous and distinctly British spirit.
