Discover the first release in Mossburn's innovative Cask Collaboration Series, a masterful union of Speyside elegance and Caribbean warmth. This 12-year-old blended malt Scotch whisky has been matured in traditional American oak before a finishing period in casks that once held mature rum from the esteemed Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. Bottled at a robust 57.7% ABV, this limited release is presented without chill filtration or added colour, preserving its full-bodied character and natural complexity.

On the nose, it opens with aromatic notes of peppermint, nutmeg, and festive spices, layered over rich fruitcake and marmalade. The palate is full and indulgent, offering flavours of toffee apples, gingerbread, and sweet spice, all wrapped in a gentle suggestion of bitter orange peel. The finish is long and satisfying, with a lingering warmth that speaks to its tropical rum cask influence. Perfect for enjoying neat or with a drop of water to unlock its deeper layers.
