Norfolk Gin is a vibrant, juniper-led spirit crafted by hand in remarkably small batches of just 24 bottles. Made by creator Jonathan, who serenades the gin whilst the botanicals steep, this spirit showcases a harmonious blend of traditional botanicals and local flavours — including juniper berries, cardamom and coriander — for a smooth, aromatic character reminiscent of a traditional bathtub gin.

Versatile and full of character, Norfolk Gin works beautifully with tonic and a wedge of lime or aromatics of orange and fresh thyme. For something more refined, mix with a dry vermouth like Dolin for a crisp, distinctive Martini. As the label says: “Enjoy.”
