Emiliana Paraíso Sur Organic Merlot is a soft, fruit-forward Chilean red made from organically grown grapes. Generous aromas of ripe plum and red berries lead to a smooth, rounded palate, with supple tannins and a fresh, easy-drinking finish. An approachable and versatile Merlot that works equally well on its own or with food, pairing happily with pasta in rich tomato sauces, pizza, grilled or roasted meats, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
Emiliana Organic Vineyards is one of Chile's leading organic wine producers, with vineyards stretching from Limarí to Bío Bío. The estate has been farming organically for over 25 years, avoiding synthetic pesticides, fertilisers and other chemicals to protect biodiversity and allow each vineyard to express its natural sense of place. Emiliana has been Fairtrade certified since 2011 and achieved B Corp certification in 2024, reflecting its long-standing commitment to environmentally and socially responsible winemaking.
