About this wine
Passel Estate is a small family-owned producer in Margaret River, on the far south-western tip of Western Australia. Surrounded by native karri forest, the estate farms its vineyards with minimal intervention, and the maritime climate, moderated by the Indian and Southern Oceans, gives Margaret River its long, even ripening season and the precision that has made the region one of Australia's finest for white wine.
Bone dry and bright, the nose offers gooseberry, lime zest and fresh garden herbs with a subtle flinty note. The palate delivers focused citrus fruit, lively acidity and clean, brisk length. An elegant wine that drinks beautifully on its own or alongside seafood, grilled chicken and fresh salads.
