Produced in Devon, Pilgrim & Galaxy Hop Gin combines traditional gin craftsmanship with the vibrant essence of hops, a unique spirit delivering a refreshing and aromatic experience. The nose opens with inviting aromas of fresh citrus, floral notes and a hint of pine. On the palate, a delightful fusion of juniper, zesty grapefruit, and subtle spice is complemented by the herbal complexity of Pilgrim and Galaxy hops. The finish is crisp and invigorating, with a lingering hop character.

Serve over ice with premium tonic water or ginger ale, garnished with a slice of lemon or orange. The two hops can also shine in a dry martini with a lemon twist, a gin that brings a unique, adventurous twist to any glass.

About the producer

Founded in Long Rock, just outside Penzance at the far tip of Cornwall, Pocketful of Stones creates their Caspyn range of gins using wild Cornish botanicals. Their distillery draws on the coastal landscape, Atlantic air and natural ingredients of West Cornwall to craft gins with a genuinely distinctive sense of place.
