The botanical blend — including juniper, hibiscus, lemon balm, pink peppercorn, cassia and lemon zest — delivers vibrant citrus and Asian spice. Floral and complex on the nose, with pink pepper and warm spice unfolding against a clean juniper backbone.

About the producer

Founded in an old grocery shop on St Michael's Hill in Bristol, Psychopomp is a small, independent, B Corp-certified and carbon-neutral microdistillery producing handcrafted spirits in 30-litre copper pot stills using the single-shot method. One of Bristol's original craft distilleries, Psychopomp takes its name from the ancient guide of souls between worlds.
