Domaine Firmin Dezat Sancerre Rouge is a beautifully balanced red, showcasing the elegance and complexity of Pinot Noir from this renowned Loire Valley appellation. The nose is fragrant with ripe red berries — strawberry and cherry — with subtle earthy undertones and a hint of spice. On the palate, smooth and refined, with bright acidity lifting fresh fruit flavours alongside delicate floral and herbal notes.
Crafted by a family-run estate from hand-picked Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, aged in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit character. Serve slightly chilled at 14–16°C alongside roasted poultry, grilled meats, creamy cheeses or mushroom risotto.
