Domaine Firmin Dezat Sancerre Rouge is a beautifully balanced red, showcasing the elegance and complexity of Pinot Noir from this renowned Loire Valley appellation. The nose is fragrant with ripe red berries of strawberry and cherry, with subtle earthy undertones and a hint of spice. On the palate, smooth and refined, with bright acidity lifting fresh fruit flavours alongside delicate floral and herbal notes.
Crafted by a family-run estate from hand-picked Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, aged in stainless steel to preserve pure fruit character. Serve slightly chilled at 14 to 16°C alongside roasted poultry, grilled meats, creamy cheeses or mushroom risotto.
