About this wine
Shipshape Bristol Fashion Gin is a tribute to the vibrant maritime heritage of Bristol, lovingly born in a kitchen in Long Ashton in 2018. Crafted in small batches using two copper alembic stills by the founder himself, this gin features 12 botanicals including fennel, fresh grapefruit peel and local Flax Bourton honey, ingredients that come together to create unexpected loveliness with a smooth, clean finish.
On the nose, bright citrus with a gentle touch of spice and aromatic herbs; the palate is refreshing and well-balanced, finishing cleanly. Best enjoyed with a premium tonic and a twist of lemon or lime, or as a versatile base for cocktails inspired by Bristol's seafaring spirit.
About the producer
First time using Wine Shop and I must say that I am very impressed. Big range to choose from including my wife's favourite gin and fast delivery on top. Will be using Wine Shop again!
