Sublimme Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc by Marqués de Riscal is a pioneering sparkling wine, produced from estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc in the prestigious Rueda DO. It marks an important milestone for the winery as its first sparkling wine, crafted from the very vineyards that helped establish Sauvignon Blanc in the region. Marqués de Riscal was the first producer to introduce Sauvignon Blanc to Rueda in the 1970s, a decision that transformed the region and helped define its modern identity.
Fresh, vibrant and elegantly sparkling, Sublimme showcases expressive aromas of citrus, passion fruit and freshly cut herbs, complemented by fine, persistent bubbles and crisp acidity. The palate is clean and refreshing, with lively tropical fruit flavours leading to a long, dry finish.
