About this wine
The Pewter Series is Tempus Two's flagship range, built around wines that make a real statement. This Shiraz draws fruit from the Barossa Valley, one of Australia's most celebrated red wine regions, where warm days and generous sunshine produce grapes of concentrated flavour and deep colour. In the glass it is full-bodied and richly textured, with aromas of dark plum, blackberry and baking spice, followed by ripe fruit, soft oak and a warm, peppery finish.
With 14.5% ABV and a structured frame, this is a serious wine that rewards food. It pairs naturally with slow-roasted lamb, barbecued beef, aged cheddar or a hearty winter casserole.
